Cancellation Policy – You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

Deposit – All services over $150 require $50 deposit.

Product Return Policy – A Salon Credit or Refund will be given on all products returned with a receipt within 30 days. For Boutique items, a salon credit or refund will be given on all boutique, items returned with a receipt within 10 days of original purchase date.

Referral Program – The greatest compliment we can receive is when you love your services and experience at our salon enough to tell your friends and family about us. Refer a friend & SAVE! When you refer a friend to The Studio Hair Salon & Day Spa who has never been a guest at our salon, you BOTH receive $10 OFF your next services!
